DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE 1 Week of age: 2 scoops in 60 ml of water, 6-7 feedings per day. 2 Weeks of age: 3 scoops in 90 ml of water, 6 feedings per day. 3-4 Weeks of age: 4 scoops in 120 ml of water, 5-6 feedings per day. 2 Months of age: 5 scoops in 150 ml of water, 5 feedings per day. 3 Months of age: 6 scoops in 180 ml of water, 5 feedings per day. 4-6 Months of age: 7 scoops in 210 ml of water, 4-5 feedings per day. Always use the scoop provided in the tin. Prepare each feeding fresh and feed immediately. Discard any unfinished formula. Ensure all feeding equipment is properly sterilized before use.
