It is an advanced formula that contains a comprehensive range of bio-elements including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, ginseng, cod liver oil and garlic. One capsule is formulated with 33 bio-elements. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) and pantothenic acid help to maintain normal energy release; to help maintain energy levels all year round. Omega-H3 also contains vitamins B6 and B12 and iron which contributes to normal red blood cell formation as well as the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
