Directions for Use

• Cut approximately 40??????50 cm of floss
• Wrap most of the floss around the middle fingers, leaving a short section to work with
• Hold the floss tightly between thumbs and forefingers
• Gently slide it between teeth using a back-and-forth motion
• Curve the floss around each tooth and move it up and down along the tooth surface and under the gum line
• Use a clean section of floss for each tooth
• Use daily, preferably before brushing

• Minor gum bleeding when first starting flossing
• Temporary gum sensitivity if used aggressively
• Rare irritation of gum tissue
