Directions for Use

• Cut about 40??????50 cm of floss
• Wrap most of it around middle fingers, leaving a short working section
• Gently slide floss between teeth using a back-and-forth motion
• Curve around each tooth in a ??????C?????? shape
• Move up and down along the tooth surface and just below the gum line
• Use a clean section for each tooth
• Use once daily, preferably before brushing

Side Effects

• Mild gum bleeding may occur at the beginning of flossing (especially if gums are inflamed)
• Temporary gum sensitivity if flossing is too aggressive
• Rare irritation in sensitive gums
