It helps enhance the growth of friendly bacteria in the gut, while Vitamin B3 helps to combat tiredness and fatigue which can be caused by gastrointestinal discomfort. It is free from gluten, wheat, lactose, dairy, soy, corn, salt, nuts, eggs artificial preservatives, and flavorings. Usage Adults and children over 12 years of age, one to three capsules daily.
