The vapors when inhaled provide quick relief from a stuffy nose causing the problem in breathing. The inhaler clears the nasal passage by melting the thick mucus causing decongestion. Usage Unscrew the outer cover from the base of the stick, close one nostril, place the inhaler in the other nostril, and inhale deeply. Not recommended for children under 6 years old. Do not use it more than four times an hour.
